CED-ENDEV
Set up in 1997,the Centre for Environment and Development (CED) has grown into an interdisciplinary base as an autonomous civil society organization. Founded with an endowment, CED has focussed its attention to the areas of action research, analytical reporting, preparation of integrated management plan, environment impact assessment and auditing, imparting training policy research and publications.

Professional approach to interdisciplinary studies yielded substantial output spanning over a broad range of topics. The geographical area coverage has reached 10 states of Indian region.

The CED has a small core group supported by research associates. Facilities include a well stocked library, computer room, training room and essential infrastructure for conducting field research.

The objectives of CED are currently implemented through the work programme in the following field.
